Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 2.00pm. Any late check-in or self check-in is available on prior request, via a key safe method
• Check-out is prior to 10.00am. A late check-out may be available on the day of departure – please enquire the evening before.

Bookings and payments

• All bookings are minimum 3 nights stay.
• All bookings must be secured within 3 to 7 days of reservation with a deposit for an amount equivalent to one night’s tariff or 50%, whichever is the greater.
• Last minute bookings must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation.
• Balance of payment is due a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival – or deposit will be forfeited and accommodation re-let.
• Arrangement can be made for balance to be paid on check-in, providing credit card details are supplied.
• Bookings may be secured by: Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
• Tariffs quoted are effective from 1 June 2012 and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and refunds

• 30 days notice of cancellation is required for deposit to be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of $50.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival – deposit will be forfeited if the Unit cannot be re-let for the entire period.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival – tariff will be charged in full and all monies paid will be forfeited, if the Unit cannot be re-let for entire period.
• All refunds are less a cancellation fee of $50.
